Terra Amata began with a simple belief: children deserve beautifully made clothing.
When I became pregnant with my first daughter, I searched for pieces that felt timeless, beautifully constructed, and made from materials I could trust. Instead, I found a market where genuine quality and transparency often felt secondary to trends and convenience.
I wasn’t looking for more choice. I was looking for better choice.
Terra Amata was born from that search.
Designed in Spain, our collections are built around timeless essentials that honour the everyday moments of childhood. Natural materials, enduring design and careful craftsmanship come together to create clothing that feels as beautiful to wear as it is to look at.
Every decision begins with quality—from the fibres we select to the partners we work with and the way each garment is made. We believe parents shouldn’t have to choose between beautiful design and complete confidence in what their children wear.

Terra Amata was founded on the belief that beautiful design belongs in everyday family life.
After more than a decade in finance and sales, our founder, Nekia Bagration, chose to build the kind of children’s brand she had searched for herself—one grounded in quality, simplicity and enduring design rather than seasonal trends.
Every collection is designed in Spain and developed alongside trusted manufacturing partners who share our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and responsible production. We produce in limited quantities, favouring fewer, better pieces over constant newness.
Our name, Terra Amata—beloved earth in Latin—reflects the principles that guide us. We choose natural materials wherever possible, value transparency throughout our supply chain and believe that creating responsibly is inseparable from creating beautifully.
