• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags included. We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear, washing, staining, damage, or alteration.
  
• For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of wear, use, washing, or exposure to fragrances.
  
• Please keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.
  
• Returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was delivered.
• At this time, returns and exchanges are available only for orders delivered within Spain. Due to customs procedures and international shipping costs, all international sales are considered final.
  

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account. During peak sales or holiday periods, processing may take longer.

1. Visit our Return Portal HERE.
   
2. Enter your Order ID and the email address used when placing your order.
   
3. Select the reason for your return.
   
4. Repack the items using the original packaging.
   
5. After registering your return, you will receive a prepaid return label by email. Print it and attach it securely to your parcel.
   
6. Drop off your parcel at your nearest service point for the carrier indicated on your return label.
   

Your parcel will be delivered to our logistics centre in Spain.

Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If a return causes the remaining order value to fall below the applicable free shipping threshold, the original shipping charge may be deducted from the refund.

Mainland & Balearic Islands: €4.95
Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: €8.95

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender may be subject to return shipping, customs, and handling fees, which may be deducted from any refund due.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@terraamata.es with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review each claim individually and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note that pilling is a natural characteristic of garments made from high-quality natural fibres and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
